"Digital Konsensus Pro" is the world's first DCP System to achieve faithful reproductions of various print conditions, including dot density, trapping and color tone while maintaining excellent dot quality, for all clients. By utilizing its various features, "Digital Konsensus Pro" not only produces final proofs that precisely simulate the client's print conditions, but can also be utilized as a Color Reference for the clients.
Variable Solid Density
The system offers the once-thought impossible adjustable solid density. Now you can faithfully reproduce tones under a wide range of printing conditions.
Faithful Reproduction of Trapping Rate in Printing
Conventional DDCP could only mimic trapping - areas where ink overlaps - but the Digital Konsensus Pro reproduces trapping according to your customer's printing conditions. This detailed and precise reproductive power allows the system to be used as a color management standard.
Faithful Black Overprinting
The ability to separately configure the density for black-only and black + colored inks allows faithful reproduction of black-ink overprinting on the stock, which could only be simulated by conventional DDCP systems. This allows vastly more minute and accurate proofing.
Improved White Background and Reproduction of Color Mix on Printed Stock
The combination of brighter white backgrounds on the paper and excellent coloring characteristics allows the system to reproduce colors much closer to the original printed material. Also generates background colors matching the color mix of a wide range of printing paper types.

Reproduction of spot color separation (Optional)
Existing DDCPs on the market are only capable of reproducing pseudo color for spot color using YMCK separation. The Digital Konsensus Pro is capable of reproducing color proofs from the same combination of color separations as that of the printing plate.
