What are these products for? |

These systems are for customers who intend to develop inkjet print systems or inks using our inkjet print heads. EB100 is a set of drive electronics and utility programs to control our print head. XY 100, a combination of EB100, a simple ink supply unit, a head mount mechanism and a small XY table, can be used as a desktop printer to actually print images on various substrates. |

Are all types of KM heads available? |

The KM512 series, 512LH, 512LN, 512MH and 512MN can be used with the systems. |

What are included in the systems? |

|
EB100 is a box with a DC power supply, a memory board, a head drive board and other boards to control firing of the head. XY100 consists of Musashi Engineering SHOTMASTER 300, a head mount plate, an ink syringe stand, a capping unit, etc. |

Are print heads incluided in the systems? |
|---|---|
|
Heads are not included. They should be purchased separately. Up to 4 heads are mountable to XY100 for CMYK color printing. |

How can I prepare print data for the systems? |
|---|---|
|
A proprietary data conversion software is included in the systems. Use image utility programs such as Adobe PhotoShop and prepare image files with Bitmap or TIFF format. |

What kind of inks can be used in the systems? |
|---|---|
|
A wide range of inks such as oil, solvent and UV types, are compatible with our print heads. Some items, such as ink tubes and syringes, Supplied by the　costomer and checked for compatibility with the ink before use. |

What is the maximum print area of XY100? |

|
It depends on the mounted head number, that is, 180mm×240mm with one head and 180mm×160mm with 4 heads. |

What is the maximum thickness of the substrate to print with XY100? |

70 mm is the maximum due to the XY table specification. |
