Measuring Instruments

To ensure proper color data management, it is important to use a highly accurate spectrophotometer as well as maintain its high measurement accuracy. This software allows daily self-diagnosis of the accuracy of the instrument. (Applicable instrument models: CM-3600d, CM-3610d, CM-2600d, CM-2500d)
You can complete inspection easily by just clicking Diagnose and measuring the white calibration plate and zero calibration box according to the instructions on the screen. You do not have to measure a dozen special tiles for inspection anymore.
The inspection does not use a set of special tiles which require precise temperature control and cause concern regarding deterioration and flaws. The inspection is stable and there is no worry about the influence of tile condition.
After the inspection, the result is automatically recorded in a database and can be output as a report.
Just click Diagnose and measure the zero calibration box and white calibration plate according to the instructions on the screen.

By just registering desired color samples (up to 20 colors) once, you can monitor the color difference ΔE*ab to determine the influence of the shift in the value measured with the instrument on the sample based on the result of the wavelength shift inspection.
