Remove item from shipping container and inspect contents contents. Container should included:

Familiarize yourself with the part names of your Trans-Former Grid Cabinet [Figure 1.1, 1.2]. I.D. Label is visible when cabinet is in raised position. See Height Adjustment [2].
Be sure Trans-Former Grid Cabinet has been securley wall-mounted prior to adjusting height. Failure to do so could result in patient or technician injury. Please read included wall-mounting instructions prior to use.
A) Pull outward on locking pin to adjust the grid cabinet upward or downward as desired. Grip both handles for easier adjustment.
B) When desired height is reached, release locking pin to lock the cabinet. Be sure pin is fully seated in locking hole before use.
A) To load 14x51" cassettes into cabinet, slide cassette into Cassette Load Slot with cassette tube side facing towards you. [Figure 3.1]
B) To use a 14x17", 10x36" or 14x42" cassettes, insert Cassette Adapter into appropriate Slide Hold. See Figure 1.1 for a visual description of Slide Hold locations. Also see Figure 3.2.
To clean Trans-Former Grid Cabinet use a soft cloth and mild detergent on all surfaces. Chlorinated or alkaline solutions may discolor exterior surfaces.
A) Identify a mounting location for the Trans-Former Wall-Mounted Grid Cabinet in alignment with its desired use.
B) The Trans-Former Wall-Mounted Grid Cabinet should sit level on the ground in an upright position.
C) Four (4) 8mm Holes have been provided as an option for installation (see diagram for mounting locations). Mounting the device should adhere to your local building ordinance for wall-mounting of equipment.
D) Mounting hardware should withstand a minimum pull out force of 80 lbs. (36.4 kg) and be in accordance with your building ordinance.
E) Trans-Former Wall-Mounted Grid Cabinet weight is 53 lbs. (24 kg).

Precaution
Move Trans-Former Grid Cabinet only while adjusted to lowest height setting. To adjust height, see Height Ajustment.
Do not place any items on Trans-Former Grid Cabinet Base while moving.
To roll Trans-Former Grid Cabinet into desired location:
A) Your Trans-Former Grid Cabinet was designed to wheel like a “hand truck” or “dolly”. Stand behind Grid Cabinet and grip Top Center Rail.
B) Use your foot to apply gentle pressure to Wheel Housing while tipping entire unit back towards you.
C) Wheel Trans-Former Grid Cabinet to desired location.
Precaution
Be sure either patient or technician is standing on Base prior to adjusting height. Failure to do so may result in Trans-Former™ Grid Cabinet tipping.
Do not place any items on Trans-Former Grid Cabinet Base while moving.
A) Pull outward on the locking pin to adjust the grid cabinet upward or downward as desired. Grip both handles for easier adjustment (Figure 3).
B) When desired height is reached, release locking pin to lock the cabinet. Be sure pin is fully seated in locking hole before use.
A) To load 14x51 cassettes into the cabinet, slide cassette into the Cassette Load Slot with cassette tube side facing towards you (Figure 4.1).
B) To use a 14x42" Cassette, insert Cassette Adapter into appropriate Cassette Adapter Slide Hold with the velcro side facing out. [Figure 4.2, see Figure 1.1 for Slide Hold Position locations] Once Inserted, you can load a cassette into Cassette Loading Slot.
C) To use a 14x17 Cassette, insert Cassette Adapter in the Cassette Adapter Slide Hold.
D) Store the Cassette Adapter using the attached velcro to the back of the Wheel Housing as seen in Figure 4.3.
