Calibration & Certification:

Inspection and calibration service is installed to the Konica Minolta service system to give the customer the highest possible security that his Konica Minolta instrument shows correct readings. Also in ISO 9001 it is pointed out that quality control systems must be maintained in a specified interval. Companies which are certified by ISO 9001 need a proper inspection and certification of the used measuring instruments. The certificate must show the inspection data and the traceable standards which were used to capture this data. For Konica Minolta instruments, all this data is included in our certificate form.

Value Plus:

With the Konica Minolta Value Plus Program, you know that your color, light and imaging instrument will operate at peak performance. This translates into significant savings for your company. If your unit is already out of warranty, there will be an initial (fee-based) inspection to qualify for the VPP. Upon signing up for this program, you receive the following benefits for one full year (after your original warranty expires).
