Questions

I just received my Colorimeter(CR-300), I connected it to my computer, with SpectraQC, but I cannot establish communication.

Answer

SpectraQC for Colorimeters:
Launch the program
On the Starup screen, Click on OPTIONS
Click on Communications
On the Communcations Parameters dialog box select the CR-300 (310)etc. by clicking on the down arrow to access the drop-down menu from the Instrument Box Click the correct inrument, CR-300DP (for example) Then Click on the Test Setting button. You should hear "beeps" coming from the colorimeter, and then you will receive a "Test was successful" message. Click on OK to accept the message and then OK to close the Communications dialog box.
