Konica Minolta Group Employee in Japan Tested Positive for Novel Coronavirus

Tokyo (March 26, 2020) – Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced that an employee in a Group company in Japan tested positive for COVID-19. The test results came in on March 25.
Konica Minolta has been working with the local health agencies in its efforts to prevent infection from spreading and minimize risks for high-risk contacts, including:
- Reviewing the employee’s whereabouts and activities and sharing it with the local health center; and
- Providing the local health center with information about people who may have had high-risk contact.
Going forward, Konica Minolta will continue doing everything it can for prevention of the domestic infection spreading and assure health safety within and out of the company.
