The Company announced that the procedure has been completed for the Company’s Group to acquire all of the shares held by INCJ, Ltd. of the Company’s consolidated subsidiary REALM IDx, Inc., (“REALM IDx”).
As a result, the Company’s shareholding in REALM IDx is 98.6%. The acquisition price is $218 million.
