Tokyo (February 27, 2026) - Konica Minolta, Inc. announced changes in its organizational structure and a new leadership team, effective April 1, 2026.

1.Outline of the Organizational Changes

• To drive company-wide operational transformation through the utilization of digital technologies, to strengthen system and infrastructure platforms, and to ensure IT security, Corporate Digital Transformation Headquarters will be established.
• To continuously strengthen the Company’s global finance functions, Corporate Accounting and Finance Headquarters will be established.
• The positioning of some businesses within the Imaging Solution Business will be revised. Specifically, FORXAI and Imaging-IoT Solutions will be functionally integrated into other divisions, while QOL Solutions will be positioned directly under the Healthcare Business Headquarters.
• To promote the standardization of cross-functional operations and the expansion of shared services at the regional level, Corporate Regional Representative, Americas and Europe will be appointed.
