Tokyo (June 30, 2026) – Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas, Inc. (Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas) will relocate its headquarters from Wayne to Ramsey, New Jersey, in July 2026. Also located in Ramsey are the Business Technologies and Sensing businesses, which are part of the Konica Minolta Group. Through this relocation, Konica Minolta aims to enhance asset efficiency through the effective use of existing facilities while strengthening collaboration across businesses.

Background of the Relocation

Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is one of the Konica Minolta Group's principal healthcare sales companies and is responsible for providing healthcare-related products and solutions throughout North America.

Group companies from the Business Technologies and Sensing businesses are also located in Ramsey. Through the relocation, the Company aims to enhance asset efficiency through the effective use of office space and other existing resources within the Group. Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is also exploring opportunities to strengthen collaboration with other companies in the Group to enhance customer engagement and operational activities.

The Ramsey site is equipped with modern facilities designed to support the continued growth of the healthcare business in the United States. Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas will further expand its presence in growth areas such as urgent care and rural healthcare while strengthening its solutions offering in diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT.
