The purpose of this web portal is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers: Dealers, Agents, Field Service Engineers and Service Partners. We plan on providing a number of resources to help you report and resolve problems, suggest improvements and learn about our products. Our S3 portal is designed to provide you with enhanced support capabilities that extend beyond time zones and borders. In doing so, we help our partners optimize their performance and costs, and enhance their service and support options.
