KONICA MINOLTA FPT Solution Labs, Inc. was established in April 2024 as a joint venture company between KONICA MINOLTA, INC. and FPT Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. and has since started its business.
The purpose of its establishment was to strengthen the development capabilities of embedded software for MFPs and office-related solution services.
To strengthen our development capabilities, by enhancing our ability to deliver products and services, accelerating development speed, and optimizing investment, we will work with experienced Japanese human resources and talented Vietnamese engineers. In this way, as a technology partner, we will help design the future with you and achieve global business expansion.
The scope of our development is wide-ranging, spanning not only software for MFPs but also embedded software for IoT equipment such as robotics, cloud system solutions, and integration of core systems, as well as the creation of services that leverage AI to create new value.
Also, by strengthening the collaboration between the business bases of Konica Minolta and FPT Software, which both operate businesses across the globe, we will fuse customer contacts, technology, and culture and expand our end-to-end total services globally, from service proposals to customers to development, system integration, and maintenance and operation services.
From now on, all of our employees will continue to hone their technical capabilities and human skills, and we will to grow as a company that can contribute to society.
