15 Executives from Group Companies in Europe Join the Program

July 14, 2026

Tokyo (July 14, 2026) – Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) has begun the global rollout of its resilience program for executive management, which has been conducted in Japan since 2022. The program was initially introduced in Europe for executive leaders of Group companies in the Business Technologies and Sensing sectors, with 15 executives participating.

In psychology, resilience is defined as the ability to adapt when faced with adversity, difficulties, or severe stress. Recently, various resilience training programs have been offered for business persons and students for a variety of purposes.

Konica Minolta's resilience program was developed by a group of occupational health physicians in Japan as a program for executive management aimed at revitalizing individuals and organizations through health. The program is intended to help participants leverage adversity, difficulties, and high levels of stress for the growth of both themselves and their organizations.

The resilience program approach

In the program, participants learn and practice physical, emotional, mind, and spiritual health, which are the four domains that improve resilience, while also acquiring medical knowledge.

For the implementation in Europe, the content has been tailored to address regional business environments and organizational challenges while maintaining the program’s core framework.

Background of the Global Rollout

Under its Medium-term Business Plan, “Corporate Plan 2026-2028”, Konica Minolta is committed to developing talent who can collaborate across businesses and regions while remaining focused on delivering results. Based on this policy, Konica Minolta has started expanding the program globally as an initiative to strengthen sustainable growth by fostering mutual learning and collaboration beyond organizational and geographical boundaries.

In Europe, executive leaders of Group companies in the Business Technologies and Sensing sectors participate in the program. Through cross-business interaction, the program aims to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen collaboration while enhancing participants’ ability to lead their organizations and execute effectively in the face of changing business environments across regions and businesses.

Program Overview

The program consists of four sessions delivered over the course of one year. In addition to physical health topics such as sleep, nutrition, and exercise, participants learn leadership-related skills and behaviors, including decision-making, prioritization, and approaches to overcoming challenges. Participants also share how they have applied the lessons learned from previous sessions in their workplaces and receive feedback from fellow participants, helping them translate learning into action.

During the sessions held in Europe, participants discussed how to respond to difficult situations based on their own experiences and challenges. They also explored concrete actions linked to the business vision of their respective companies in Europe.

Konica Minolta will continue to develop leaders who can collaborate across businesses and regions while driving results, contributing to the sustainable growth of the Group and enhancement of corporate value.
