Our sincere apologies for continued delays in delivery of Chroma Meter CL-200A products

November 14, 2011

To our valued customers:

We regret to inform you that delays continue to occur in delivery of our Chroma Meter CL-200A main body, receptor head, and adapter unit (T-A20, T-A21) products to customers and sales offices both within Japan and worldwide, despite our continuing efforts. We would therefore like to offer our sincere apologies to our customers for our current inability to deliver these products in as timely a manner as you would prefer.

The Chroma Meter CL-200A not only measures the correlated color temperature, chromaticity, illumination, and tristimulus values of light sources, but also their dominant wavelength and excitation purity. This functionality has led it to be adopted as a de-facto global standard by numerous customers for measurement of a wide variety of light sources including LEDs, organic EL lamps, etc. as well as projectors and signage.

We continue to seek out ways to further expand our manufacturing capabilities. We ask for your continued patience for a short time longer.

Please be assured that we are striving our best to deliver these products to you our customers as quickly as possible without sacrificing the high quality and accuracy that you rely on in our products.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for these continued delivery delays, and allow us to again express our deep appreciation of your patronage and patience.
