Manufacturing Method

- High-Quality Films utilizing the belt type of the solvent-cast method

There are two main polymer film casting methods: the solvent-cast method and the melt-cast method.

The solvent-cast method is further classified into two types: the drum type and the belt type.
Konica Minolta uses the belt type of the solvent-cast method, which allows for precise control of drying time and is particularly effective for producing high-quality thin films.

Our technology supports high accuracy and reliability in the field of optics and contributes to a wide range of applications
