Lightest Body, High Accuracy, and Quantification in One Device — Launch of Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging “GMP03”
Contributing to On-Site Efficiency and OGMP2.0 Level 5 Compliance

Konica Minolta has launched its latest model of Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging (QOGI) camera, the R-QOGI (Reliable-Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging) *“GMP03”, in the United States and Canadian markets.
Thanks to proprietary image processing technology and optical design, GMP03 enables highly accurate and stable gas detection and emission quantification even in challenging environments such as strong winds, high temperatures, and trace leaks.
Designed to reduce the burden on field operators while improving work efficiency, GMP03 also features accurate quantification capabilities, contributing to the achievement of OGMP2.0 Level 5 compliance, the international standard for methane emission reporting.
Key Features of the Product
1. One-Stop Quantification of Leak Volume
Previously, separate devices were required for measurement. With GMP03, detection and quantification are completed in a single unit. Results are displayed on-site, enabling faster decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

2. Industry’s Lightest Body for Enhanced Operability**
Weighing approximately 2.4 kg, GMP03 features a movable grip for easy portability and handling. This significantly boosts mobility and efficiency in the field.

3. High-Accuracy Detection Even for Micro Leaks and in Strong Winds
Our proprietary image processing algorithm has been strengthened to ensure stable detection even under challenging conditions such as minor leaks or wind, enhancing the reliability of gas leak inspections.

* About R-QOGI (Reliable-Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging)
R-QOGI represents the high reliability and quantification performance of GMP03. Compared to conventional QOGI, GMP03 incorporates improved quantification accuracy and a reliability display function that allows users to verify the validity of measurement results on-site. This makes it a more dependable solution for direct field measurements and supports OGMP2.0 Level 5 compliance.
**As of October 1, 2025, GMP03 is the smallest and lightest Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) camera available.
