Exclusive software included as a standard accessory with the KONICA MINOLTA RANGE7/5 Non-Contact 3D Digitizer. Enables quick and simple operation from scanning to data merging.

Changes from Ver. 1.34 to Ver. 2.00

Additional functions:

  • Run on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
  • Improve operability and GUI design for better recognition of the data
    3D view under measurement mode will be 2 screens instead of 3
  • "Edit marker holes" is added to the edit function. This makes it possible to fill the holes of marked portion.
  • Possible to move the selected data even if it is not the data after immediate measurement through the initial position fitting by the instruction of corresponding points.
  • Function to select group of points by editting becomes faster.
  • Improve data quality at the edges by enforcing data noise deleting function.

Changes from Ver. 1.33 to Ver. 1.34

Bug fixes:

The following bugs have been fixed:

  • Registration cannot be performed if scanning using the rotating stage is performed with the RANGE5/RANGE7 rotated 90°(so that the line between the lenses is vertical instead of horizontal).
  • When markers are applied facing a very limited direction, and registration using markers is performed, data may be lost.

Additional functions:

  • Operation when rotating measured data using a mouse has been improved to provide a more direct feeling.

Changes from Ver. 1.31 to Ver. 1.33

Bug fixes:

The following bugs have been fixed:

  • When exporting STL files which reduced number of points (e.g. 1/4, 1/9), irregular polygons were created.
  • When "selecting marker point" button is pressed, markers selected is smaller slightly.

Additional functions:

  • To make easier to distinguish important markers from like a photogrammetry system, we add new color (light blue).

Changes from Ver. 1.20 to Ver. 1.31

Bug fixes:

The following bugs have been fixed:

  • When using a laptop with a port replicator, the rotating stage could not be controlled in some cases.
  • When an RS-USB adapter manufactured by Sigma A.P.O System Sales Co., Ltd. was used on an XP64 system, there were problems with controlling the rotating stage.

Additional functions:

  • Addition of function to read marker coordinate values from external system such as layout machine or photogrammetry system.
  • This enables high-accuracy measurement of subjects as large as around 2m.
  • Data-reduction algorithm improves operating characteristics for large volumes of data.
  • Improved noise-reduction algorithm provides improved surface quality.

Changes from Ver. 1.11 to Ver. 1.20

Bug fixes:

  • The following bugs have been fixed:
  • Slow STL data export speed
  • Writing of improper data to file when saving reference markers

Additional functions:

  • Function to change center of viewpoint rotation added.
  • Angle settings of 10° , 15° , 24° , and 36° have been added for measurements using the rotation stage.
  • Dark-surface measurement function has been added. (Konica Minolta Range7 must also have dark-surface measurement capability.)

  • A bug in which the application crashed under certain conditions when an element was deleted has been fixed.

Changes from Ver. 1.01 to Ver. 1.10

Bug fixes:

The following bugs have been fixed:

  • When exporting multiple data including merged data to another company's application, data from the merged data onward could not be exported.
  • When merging multi-focus data, data measured using multi-focus were handled as separate elements.
  • When deleted data were included in the element list and export to another company's software was performed, the same data was exported twice.
  • When multi-focus data are merged, no file could be output even when performing STL export.

Additional functions:

  • Performance of mark detection and position matching for marker registration has been improved.

Specification changes:

  • Windows XP x64 (64-bit version) has been added to the list of compatible OS.
  • German and Chinese versions of the application and manuals are now available.
  • French and Korean versions of the manuals only are now available.
