Status of Third Party Assurance

We have obtained assurance from KPMG AZSA Sustainability Co., Ltd. regarding whether the following data have been measured, aggregated, and disclosed in accordance with the standards established by Konica Minolta: CO₂ emissions resulting from procurement, production/research & development, product distribution, sales and service, product usage, and product disposal; Scope 1 CO₂ emissions; Scope 2 CO₂ emissions (Konica Minolta standards, market based and location based); Scope 1+2 emissions (SBT near-term target figures); energy use; electricity derived from renewable energy sources; avoided emissions; and the percentage of management positions held by women. Indicators subject to assurance are marked with ☆.
