Role of This Site
To provide appropriate information disclosure aligned with the needs of various stakeholders, Konica Minolta organizes its disclosure framework along two axes: the nature of the information, ranging from stories to quantitative information, and the time horizon, ranging from results to medium- to long-term perspectives.
The Integrated Report explains the value creation story and management strategies, while the Securities Report provides quantitative information, including information on financial condition, in accordance with laws and regulations. The Sustainability Site serves as the core medium for providing comprehensive, multifaceted sustainability information, including medium- to long-term policies, initiatives, and performance data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
Sustainability Site Archive
Approximately two months after information is published on the Sustainability Site, an archive version (PDF) compiling the web pages is made available. The Sustainability Site is updated as needed to promptly reflect the latest sustainability information.

Back Issues
Past reports are available below. Archives for FY2020 and later are provided as PDFs containing the website content exactly as published for each fiscal year. For FY2019 and earlier, two separate reports were published: the CSR Report, which provided a comprehensive overview of sustainability activities, and the Environmental Report, which focused specifically on environmental initiatives. The reports published at the time are available as originally issued.
