- Prevention of Overwork
To prevent overwork, Konica Minolta thoroughly manages working hours appropriately and implements measures such as conducting health checkups by industrial physicians for employees who have worked a certain amount of overtime. In addition, Konica Minolta strives to create a supportive working environment that considers work-life balance. - Ensuring Occupational Safety and Health
Konica Minolta engages in activities to improve workplace safety, thoroughly manages hygiene, and places emphasis on education to prevent occupational accidents. - Prevention of Harassment
Konica Minolta clarifies its policy on harassment prevention, provides education, and has established and operates a system and response process to take prompt and appropriate action in the event of harassment.
・Building Constructive Labor-Management Relations
Konica Minolta respects employees’ freedom of association and right to collective bargaining, and strives to build constructive labor-management relations. Konica Minolta, Inc. has a labor agreement with its labor union and holds management council meetings quarterly, attended by the president, to share management status and engage in discussions with the labor union. Other Konica Minolta Group companies in Japan also have labor unions or employee associations representing their workers, and they aim to improve job satisfaction and work-life balance by incorporating employee feedback into management.
