By adopting higher-density nozzle lines than the KM1024i/KM1024a series, the KM1800i series maintains Konica Minolta’s signature compact design while achieving a nozzle resolution of 600 npi and a print width of 75 mm. Engineered for versatility, this advanced printhead delivers exceptional performance across a wide range of applications—from graphics printing to precise patterning of functional materials and thin-film coatings.

- Highest drive frequency

Designed with Konica Minolta’s proprietary piezo actuator technology, KM1800iSHK-DC achieves a maximum drive frequency of 75 kHz*. With its high resolution of 600 npi and exceptional speed, this printhead is suited for single-pass printers and other productivity-focused applications that demand fast, high-quality output.

- Compatible with a wide range of ink types

Enhanced chemical resistance through proprietary technology enables compatibility with a range of inks—from sign and graphics applications to functional materials for printed electronics such as PCBs. The built-in heater allows viscosity reduction at room temperature, enabling stable ink jetting.
